2. What data we process

• Account data: username, e-mail address, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Game data: balances, miners, game rounds and scores, bonus and referral data.
• Payout data: your FaucetPay address (e-mail, username or linked wallet) and payout history.
• Security data: IP address, a random device ID (cookie), a hashed browser fingerprint and login/activity timestamps — used exclusively to prevent fraud and multiple accounts.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the game and payouts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of the user agreement).
• Fraud prevention, security and preventing multiple accounts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a fair game and protecting payouts).
• Advertising via third-party networks only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

4. Service providers

• Hosting: Lima-City (lima-city.de), servers in Germany.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc., USA) — bot protection on registration, bonus and some game rounds. hCaptcha processes your IP address and browser data.
• FaucetPay (faucetpay.io) — payouts and optional purchases. We transmit your FaucetPay address, payout amount and IP address.
• proxycheck.io — checks whether your IP address belongs to a VPN or proxy.
• Ad networks: AADS Left, AdsLab, Adsterra, Banner Oben AADS, FaucetPay Ads, Right, Unbekannt, Unbenannt — only after your consent. These networks may set their own cookies; please see their privacy policies.
• Own statistics — we count page views per day without cookies, using a daily changing, non-reversible hash; no profiles are created (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Cookies

• rr_dev — random device ID for fraud prevention (necessary)
• rr_consent — your cookie choice (necessary)
• rr_lang — language preference (necessary)
• rr_ref — who invited you, for 30 days (necessary for the referral program)

6. Storage period

Account and game data are stored as long as your account exists. Rate-limit records are deleted after 2 days, game rounds after 30 days. Payout and booking records are kept as long as legally required.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time.
